I am a maker of things. If I were to put a finer point on it, I consider myself a mixed media artist and potter. I have a BFA from SIUE and an MFA from UMASS Dartmouth, both in ceramics. Since graduating from UMASS in 2006 I have more or less consistently made my living making things. I worked as a bookbinder in Rhode Island for the better part of a decade and simultaneously started selling my work at local indie art fairs and open markets. Slowly I built my own business until it was my full-time job, exhibiting at fine art festivals across the country.

Today I find myself living happily in California with my incredible partner, April and our incredible rabbits Usagi and Notoro. I continue my studio practice and active showing schedule in addition to becoming the Ceramics Director at the Community Center of La Canada Flintridge.
