Door to Anywhere. Deluxe
Door to Anywhere. Deluxe
This door to anywhere is made with a, functioning antique post office box door from the 1930’s with a beveled glass window and is float framed. It closes and locks to keep your small treasures and secrets safe on a small shelf that runs across the inside. You could also just use it as a Narnian door to anywhere, which is how I use mine. When the door closes, it locks and needs a simple combo to get it back open, don’t worry, I’ve written it on the back.
I made this piece with a laser cut front panel of my design, found papers, cloth and acryic paint. It has been thoughtfully distressed to simulate an object of indeterminate age.
This piece is 14x14x3.5” and has two hooks on the back for flush mounting on the wall, along with my John Hancock.
